These terms and conditions govern the use of the "Auto-MCS" open-source project, and projects by association including the website "www.auto-mcs.com" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 3 (hereinafter referred to as "GPLv3"). The use of the Project constitutes your acceptance to these terms.

The Project is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty, expressed or implied. The Project is provided "as is," and the author(s) make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Project.

Contributions to the Project are welcomed under the terms of the Project's contribution policy. By submitting a contribution, you agree to license the contribution under the GPLv3.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The author(s) reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Project after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
